I have done puppy preschool with Erin, and I'm currently doing Intermediate class with one dog and Relax with another. Classes have always been well run and well managed, with clear goals and instruction for each activity along with context for how different skills fit into every day life. Super passionate and enthusiastic instructor, always supportive and with the flexibility to tailor things to the team in front of her. Erin has an impressive amount of background knowledge. I've had some pretty nerdy questions and she's always had the info I was after.
